When contacting a staff member, please follow the chain of command.  Chain of command begins with  our moderators.  We pride ourselves in having a professional, helpful staff team.  We welcome your comments, commendations and complaints regarding any interaction you may have with our team, whether it be on Discord or in game.  We invite you to submit a Commend/Complaint form by clicking the button below.  Any kicks or bans may be appealed in Discord by opening a ticket and following the ban appeal format provided by the responding staff member.
